It’s time for Baseball! Spring training has begun and NYMST is presenting stories about baseball this Sunday. After all, it is America’s Favorite Passtime. We’ll be reading two stories. First, “The Rube” by Zane Gray. Yes, the same Zane Gray who wrote westerns such as “The Riders of the Purple Sage”. Yes, it was a book before it was a band! “The Rube” is a fun and frolicking story about a minor league’s run for the pennant.
